Cooler Master’s Dyn X aims to be the perfect gaming chair for racing sims

João Silva 1 day agoPeripheral

Cooler Master has finally announced the release of Dyn X, a game-changing solution for virtual racing and aviation simulations. The Dyn X is made up of a racing seat and a cockpit, both universally compatible and with race-inspired aesthetics. The Dyn X allows users to create a simulation environment that is completely tailored to their interests.

The Dyn X Cockpit is at the heart of the system. It allows you to easily adjust your driving stance to various racing conditions. One simple adjustment provides 14 alternative driving positions, adapting to various racing types such as Formula, GT, NASCAR, rally, trophy truck, semi truck, and others. Moreover, it can transform into a full-fledged flight simulator, changing to any sitting position from Cessnas to gliders.

The Dyn X cockpit is multifunctional and compatible with a wide range of racing equipment. The modular tubular steel design is future-proof, with various connection points that enable customers to incorporate monitors, shifters, motion systems, and other accessories as needed.

The Dyn X racing seat complements the cockpit, providing support for all driving positions. It has a fibreglass composite shell and is finished in synthetic suede leather for a luxury feel. The racing seat also has removable cushion coverings in black, red, and blue, giving users some customisation options. The ergonomic shape of the seat ensures long-term comfort, even during lengthy usage. Cooler Master didn't share pricing, but during CES 2023, we heard that the Dyn X (high-end PC, accessories, and monitors likely included) would go for up to $25,000.
